Mission Statement

Our mission is to be the "Church" in every way possible. we not only want to be hearers of the word, but doers also by putting the word to action. We feel like we have been commissioned by the Lord to feed not just the soul but the body as well. With the many outreaches God has given us like our food pantry, and soon our kitchen to serve hot meals we will be able to show the love of God by supplying needs to those in need. we believe this has always been the churches mission. we can see this according to this scripture. The spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; - Isaiah 61:1. Also 

Matthew 25:35-40 For I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, and fed thee? Or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? And the king shall answer and say unto them, verily I say unto you, inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. We have all be commissioned by the Lord to show forth the love of God and to help those in need around us. we here at Resurrection Life Ministries believe it is time for us to step up and be the "CHURCH" God has called all of us to be.
